Ivan Nicholas Bridges, born 1984

Ivan Bridges was the subject of a solo show at Gallery Sade Los Angeles in 2021 and will be having a second solo show with the gallery forthcoming 2025.

Ivan is also a writer working on various projects at the moment.  He worked under Carlos Villa at The San Francisco Art Institute helping young artists like himself develop the ability to use written word to describe their art.  He mentored others informally while in art school sometimes having his close artist friends speak while he transcribed their words into artist statements or proposals.  He's written introductions to art monographs, and a children's book pulling from his own personal experience as a father.
